Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dynamic 360 Solution LTD ("Visary", "we", "us", "our"). Registered in England and Wales, company number 15306260. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

They apply to the Visary website, the Visary app and the Visary Life in the UK app (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in our apps. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.

• Visary website — collects visa-sponsored job listings in the UK and provides tools such as CV building, job alerts, auto-apply and AI-assisted application support.
• Visary app — helps you track your visa route, documents, absences and dependants, and lets you request quotes from, or send your case to, independent immigration solicitors.
• Visary Life in the UK — a study aid for the Life in the UK test, with practice tests, flashcards and handbook material.

Visary provides information and tools only. We are not a recruiter, employment agency, law firm or regulated immigration adviser, and nothing in the Services is legal or immigration advice. We do not guarantee any job offer, visa decision or test result.

Visary Life in the UK is independent. It is not produced, approved or endorsed by the Home Office or any government body, and it cannot book your test for you. Always check the official guidance on GOV.UK.

You need a Visary account to use the Visary Life in the UK app and many features of the other Services. One account works across all of the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to create one.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Take responsibility for activity under your account.

You can delete your account at any time in any Visary app or on the website. Because the account is shared, deleting it removes it from all of the Services.

Some features ("Premium Features") need a paid subscription or purchase. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Your access is linked to your Visary account, so sign in with the same account on each device.

Purchases in our apps

• Are made and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are also subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel or manage them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial ends if you buy a subscription.
• A Visary Life in the UK lifetime purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription. It gives your account access to the Life in the UK Premium Features for as long as we offer the app.
• An active Visary Premium subscription also unlocks the Life in the UK Premium Features while it lasts.
• Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

Purchases on our website

• Are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout and to give accurate billing details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before then.
• If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at privacy@visary.co.uk within 14 days of the charge.

We may change prices. Changes to an existing subscription only apply from your next billing period, and we (or the app store) will tell you in advance, so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

Premium Features are digital content supplied straight away. When you buy, you agree that supply starts immediately, which means the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including if the content is faulty.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, copy or systematically download content, including job listings, practice questions and flashcards.
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information in your profile, documents or applications.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or their infrastructure.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Share, resell or give others access to your Premium Features.

The Services and their content — including text, practice questions, flashcards, summaries, graphics, logos, software and design — are owned by or licensed to Visary and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Material taken from official government publications remains subject to the rights of its owners.

You may use the content, including any handbook PDF you download, for your own personal study only. You may not copy, publish or distribute it.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as your CV and documents. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and display it only to provide the Services to you.

Job listings come from third-party employers and job boards. We do not verify or endorse them and are not responsible for their accuracy. Always do your own checks before applying.

Solicitors you contact through the Visary app are independent firms. Any advice or service they give you is under their own terms, and they are responsible for it.

Links such as "Apply" may take you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms.

Some features use AI tools (including Claude by Anthropic), for example CV tailoring, job matching, cover letters and immigration information. AI outputs are suggestions only and may be inaccurate. Check anything AI-generated before you rely on it or use it in an application.

You must not use AI features to create misleading, false or discriminatory material.

We work hard to keep the Services accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
• Any job listing is accurate, current or still available.
• Immigration rules or study material shown are complete or up to date — rules and the official test can change.
• Using the Services will lead to a job, a visa decision or passing the Life in the UK test.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income, business or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why.

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. When your account ends, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should continue (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
